Excelling in academia and sports, he received both academic and athletic scholarships – his university soccer team won a National Championship in Montreal. Born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Jon has called Vancouver home for over 20 years. Jon earned his BA (major in Political Science / minor in Commerce) at the University of British Columbia, is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and holds both his Securities and Insurance Licenses. Jon can provide you with expert solutions and quotes on any insurance concerns you may have, including Life, Critical Illness, Disability, and Segregated Funds. Jon has been with Luft Financial since the spring of 2010.
Oliver Heimann

Originally a native of Kelowna, BC, Oliver moved to Vancouver nearly 20 years ago. Oliver is an Investment Advisor and can counsel you regarding stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other portfolio related issues. He is currently pursuing his Mortgage Licence, after which he will undertake his Chartered Investment Management (CIM) designation. Oliver is our newest advisor, having joined the team in the spring of 2011.

Although born in Vienna, Austria, Christina was raised in the Lower Mainland. She is fluent in both German and French, having learned German at home and French at school. She attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in NYC before travelling through Southeast Asia and Europe. She has been part of Luft Financial since early 2008 and can assist you with scheduling meetings, paperwork and administrative inquires. Personable and always happy to answer your questions, Christina is here to guide you through the process of transitioning your finances to Luft Financial.
Kyla Beech, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service
Born on Vancouver Island and raised in the Okanagan, Kyla came to Vancouver after graduation and never looked back. With an extensive blend of support staff roles, experience in different financial sectors, and a genuine care and expertise in executing top level customer service, Kyla is integral to the Luft Financial Team. She happily assists existing clients with all administrative inquiries, as well as helping new clients transition to DWM Securities Inc. Kyla is a passionate writer, humanitarian, and cooking enthusiast who currently resides in Kitsilano.
